The stay at the hotel was nothing short of fabulous. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly at the reception by Twinkle and Jansi on the first day. Throughout the rest of my stay, Ritu and Amo were always available to help with any queries, ensuring a seamless experience. The room service was punctual and efficient, consistently providing excellent service. The restaurant, with its outstanding culinary offerings, was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast was a delight, featuring crisp masala dosas and soft idlis. Dinner was equally impressive, with a diverse and wholesome buffet. Sagar Singh, Nalu, and Devendar Yadav were exceptional hosts in the restaurant, making every meal a memorable experience. Overall, the hospitality and service at the hotel exceeded my expectations, making for an unforgettable stay.

The premises were clean, the room was very neat and hygienic. Provided a mini cooler in the room with two extra water bottles. Coffee/ tea bags were provided with a kettle. The staff was very kind enough to respond. Food is a bit costly and the taste is okay.

The staff were polite. Rooms are clean. The food was nice. The TV was of good quality. Cleaning was also regular and genuine.

Nice atmosphere, room was cleaned each day , awesome staffs, over all this will be my go to place for sure next time.

The hospitality by the staff (particularly by Sayan Mondal) wes very nice. I liked it.
